Heavy Rain Relief for Combined Sewer Systems

Function

Our system for heavy rain relief is activated once the capacity limit of the sewer system is reached. Under normal conditions, the wastewater flows by gravity. If an overload due to heavy rain is imminent, the lowering gate valve in the pumping station opens, allowing support via the pressure line.
